The main feature of the club's learning programme is that each member has the opportunity to take on all the different roles.

The key roles in a meeting are:

    • Chairperson of the day (CHAIR)
    • Introducing one of the Speeches (INTRO)
    • Giving one of the Speeches (SP)
    • Evaluating one of the Speeches (EV)
    • Table Topics Master (TTM)
    • Table Topics Evaluator (TTE)
    • General Evaluator (GE)
    • Grammarian (GR)
    • Timekeeper (TK)
    • Assistant Sergeant-at-Arms (ASA)
